Mr. Benevento is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and founded his own practice in 2011. Since that time, he has handled thousands of cases in the Criminal and Municipal Courts, as well as personal injury matters on behalf of those who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Mr. Benevento has extensive trial experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict, including criminal matters, DUI cases, and civil litigation.
